Our Story
Advanced International Aviation Academy (AIAA) was founded with a clear mission: to define excellence in pilot training. Located at Sacramento Executive Airport (KSAC), we have established ourselves as a leader in professional flight education, training students from over 18 countries worldwide.
Our facility occupies a historic 20,000 square foot building and hangar that has been a cornerstone of Sacramento aviation for nearly a century. This building previously housed United Airlines during their California operations and later served as President Ronald Reagan's private hangar.
Today, we continue that legacy of aviation excellence by providing comprehensive pilot training programs under FAA Part 141 and Part 61 regulations. Our accelerated training programs enable students to earn their certifications efficiently while maintaining the highest standards of safety and instruction quality.

AIA Academy is located at Sacramento Executive Airport, one of the most ideal locations for flight training in California. Our location offers excellent year-round weather with an average of 320 days of good flying weather annually.
Sacramento, as the capital of the Golden State, provides all the conveniences of a major city while maintaining a lower cost of living than other California metropolitan areas. We're just one hour from San Francisco Bay Area and two hours from the beautiful ski slopes of Lake Tahoe.
